Obtaining a Client Portal/Dashboard account is limited to Attorneys/Firms users only at this time.

Royalty Legal Services charges a one-time set-up fee of $35.00 dollars, and $8.99 maintenance fee annually for the Client Portal/Dashboard accounts.

Both the one-time set-up fee of $35.00 dollars and the maintenance fee of $8.99 for the 1st year are required for the account set up. Attorneys/Firms have the option to provide payment now, or have the cost of these fees added to the first invoice.

*Note: Only Attorneys/Firms who provide pre-payment will have jobs/documents queued right away for service upon form submission. Those who do not provide pre-payment will have jobs/documents queued for service upon their Portal/Dashboard account setup being completed on our end.*

Client Portal/Dashboard account information on payments and invoicing:

By default Attorneys/Firm’s accounts are set up for billing and payment by invoice. This allows for job/document submission without pre-payment at the time of submissions. Invoiced must be paid before the system allows download of your job’s Proof/Declaration document.

You have the option to require pre-payment on your account opposed to billing/invoicing. Further, by placing a job deposit, you have the option to request delayed/bundled invoicing. After account setup, you may contact us by email to obtain more information.
