At ROYALTY LEGAL SERVICE LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional service to our clients. We understand that trust and reliability are critical in legal support services, which is why we proudly offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee under the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Guarantee

Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to services that are not completed due to an error or fault on the part of ROYALTY LEGAL SERVICES LLC (e.g., clerical errors, service attempt failure due to internal mishandling, missed deadlines caused solely by us).

This policy does not apply to:

  • Failed service attempts where the subject was unavailable, evasive, or address information was inaccurate or outdated.

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., court closures, weather, incorrect client information).

  • Rush fees or special handling fees once a service has been initiated.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this policy:

  • The client must notify us in writing within 5 business days of receiving the service result or discovering an issue.

  • The issue must be reviewed and verified by our office as a service failure attributable to our office.

  • The client must not have contributed to the issue by providing inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear instructions.

3. Resolution Process

Upon receiving a refund request:

  • Our team will review the request and investigate the matter within 5–10 business days.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

    • A full or partial refund

    • A corrected service attempt at no additional cost

    • A service credit toward future work

4. Limitations

Refunds will not exceed the original amount paid for the affected service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services directly provided by ROYALTY LEGAL SERVICE LLC and does not include any consequential or indirect damages.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • “MONEY-BACK POLICY REQUEST” followed by your Invoice Number in the subject line of the email

  • Description of the issue

  • Any supporting documentation
